FAMILY LIFE COLLECTION

Our elementary library has a special collection of books, pamphlets, magazines, and audio and video resources for the parents, guardians and caretakers of our students.

Titles such as "Homework Without Tears" and "Raising Curious Children" can provide just the right information for concerned adults dealing with problems that arise for all parents.

Teachers often recommend the classic video "1-2-3 Magic" to help parents visualize how this effective behavior model works.

Many other resources on health topics, family fun, reading and sensitive issues are readily available for parents to borrow.

This collection is located in a separate shelving unit immediately to the left as you enter the first door of the Library Media Center.  Slide open the glass doors, browse, select and borrow.  If it is difficult to visit the library, parents are welcome to make a request by phone or written request.
