High School Nurse

Students becoming ill during the school day should report to the school nurse. If there is a need to go home, the school nurse will inform parent(s) and the student will be released from school with this knowledge and permission. If this procedure is not followed and the student leaves school without properly checking out, the student will be treated as truant.

All students who receive injuries during the school day are to report the injuries to the school nurse. Also, students should report the injury to the teacher or coach at the time the injury is received.
