Ms. Kelley Granato

Ms. Granato is an alumnus of Oriskany Central School District. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychological Sciences from SUNY University at Buffalo and a Master of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Syracuse University. Ms. Granato is a licensed speech-language pathologist, holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as an Initial Certificate for teaching students with speech and language disabilities. 

Ms. Granato has assessed and treated individuals from birth to the elderly, across a variety of settings. She has provided services at a speech-language-hearing clinic, a medical rehabilitation facility and various pre-K, elementary, middle and high schools. Ms. Granato worked at Upstate Cerebral Palsy in the Universal Pre-K, and also in the Promise Program (for children on the Autism Spectrum), while utilizing an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approach to services. Her most recent place of employment was Utica City School District, where Ms. Granato completed her Clinical Fellowship and was a district-wide speech-language pathologist for a little over 3 years.

Ms. Granato is looking forward to continuing her career at Oriskany CSD as a school-based speech-language pathologist. “I’m thrilled to be back at Oriskany, working with students from my hometown. I have fond memories of attending this school district as a student, and I’m excited to have the opportunity to return as a faculty member.”
