As a Special Education Teacher in the Oriskany Central School District, I joined the Incarcerated Youth Program (IYP) team in 2014. Bringing 27 years of education experience, an A.A.S. in Human Services (Child Care) from Mohawk Valley Community College, a BS in Elementary Education from Syracuse University, a MS in Special Education from Syracuse University and a CAS in School Administration, we have initiated a program to prepare students both academically and professionally to decrease recidivism.
