Care Management Services for adults and children - this service is based upon a medical or mental health issue

Neighborhood Center

 This agency has a host of programs available to school age children such as child care, and ranges to behavioral health and a mental health clinic for both adults and children in Utica and Rome.

Oneida County Children and Youth Mental Health Services-SPOA/A

Single Point of Access Accountability- SPOA/A is a committee that is the single point that any juvenile needing a community based service in their home. Such services that can be designated by SPOA/A are Pins Reduction and Elimination Program (PREP) through Neighborhood Center, Kids Oneida and any other behavioral health service that may require a mentor, behavior manager, skill builder etc.

Upstate Cerebral Palsy

UCP has a variety of services for school age children that range from child care, nursery school and Pre-Kindergarten classes, Early Intervention programs, speech, occupational, and physical therapy as well as Kelberman Center focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).  UCP also has a mental health clinic that serves both adults and children also in Rome and Utica (Community Health and Behavioral Services-CHBS).
