Format

An advance agenda is prepared and submitted to the Board, local media, and school personnel. On the Friday preceding a Board meeting, Board members receive an explanation of the items on the agenda. This gives members time to study items before they have to make a voting decision at the meeting.
 
Unless changed by a vote of the membership, the order of business at each Regular meeting is:
 

a. Meeting Called to Order
b. Pledge of Allegiance
c. Consent Agenda:
   1. Approval of Minutes
   2. Financial Reports
   3. Approval of Audited Bills
   4. CSE/CPSE Recommendations
d. Communications, Reports and Announcements:
   1. Additions/Deletions to Agenda
   2. Communications of the Board President
   3. Communications of the Superintendent
   4. Communications of the School Business Administrator
   5. Communications of the Building Principals
   6. Communication of the Directors
   7. Communications of the District Clerk
   8. Communications of the Board of Education
e. Resident Participation: 30 minutes on any agenda or school-related item
(5 minutes maximum per speaker)
f. Old Business
g. New Business

h. Adjournment
